ABOUT
The Open Gym program offers clients independent access to our training facility during designated hours. This is a self-guided option that allows individuals to revisit exercises, perform stretches, or engage in adaptive workouts on their own schedule.

BOOKING
Open Gym is offered on a first-come, first-served basis and does not require advanced booking. Please note: assistance is not provided during these sessions, so clients must be cleared for independent training.

$45 per session or $165 monthly unlimited package

ABOUT
Our RTI Program incorporates specialized rehabilitation equipment, such as Functional Electrical Stimulation (FES) bikes, designed to stimulate patterned neural activity and promote muscle activation in individuals with neurological impairments. This session is a 60-minute, guided experience where clients are supported in utilizing technology that promotes neuroplasticity and functional movement.

BOOKING
Clients must schedule RTI sessions in advance to ensure trained staff are available to assist. This program is an ideal complement to hands-on therapy and can accelerate recovery when used consistently.

ABOUT
The Recovery Room is a dedicated, quiet space featuring state-of-the-art equipment to support muscle recovery, tone reduction, spasm management, and post-therapy decompression. Modalities may include pneumatic compression devices, vibration platforms, and passive stretching tools. These 60-minute sessions are designed to promote relaxation, improve circulation, and support the body’s healing process.

Whether you're in your wheelchair, on your bed, or training with or without equipment, our home video content is designed to meet you where you are. This platform is ideal for travel, supplemental home routines, and continued progress between in-person sessions.
