What is The Perfect Step?

The Perfect Step is supervised exercise therapy for patients with the following conditions:

Patterned Neural Activity Recruitment

“PNAR” excites the nervous system and creates involuntary and/or voluntary muscle contraction to re-create patterned neural activity.

Exercise-Based Therapy

Number 2 in white with green outline on a black background.

This uses exercise to put patients into extension anatomically correct positions circulating blood, bowel and bladder, as well as increasing muscle mass, bone density, function, coordination, and sensation.
