Group Wellness Classes for Parkinson’s Disease & Multiple Sclerosis

At The Perfect Step, we believe that movement is medicine. We are excited to expand our services and offer specialized group classes for individuals living with Parkinson’s disease and Multiple Sclerosis (MS), as well as inclusive fitness classes designed for all neurological abilities.

These classes provide a supportive, motivating environment where participants can improve strength, balance, endurance, and overall wellness while building meaningful connections with others facing similar challenges.

Weekly Class Schedule

Tuesday

10:00 AM – MS Circuit Class

A dynamic circuit-based workout specifically designed for individuals with Multiple Sclerosis. Focus areas include strength, balance, coordination, endurance, and functional movement.

Cost: $20

11:00 AM – Parkinson’s Circuit Class

A structured exercise class focused on improving movement quality, balance, strength, mobility, and overall fitness for individuals living with Parkinson’s disease.

Cost: $20

Wednesday

10:00 AM – Pedaling for Parkinson’s

Research-supported cycling is designed to help improve motor function, coordination, endurance, and overall movement quality in individuals with Parkinson’s disease.

Cost: $10

11:00 AM – Yoga for All

An accessible yoga class focused on flexibility, mobility, breathing, posture, balance, and relaxation. Suitable for all ability levels.

Cost: $15

Thursday

11:00 AM – Strength for All

A full-body strength training class designed to improve muscle function, posture, stability, and confidence in daily activities.

Cost: $20

Friday

11:00 AM – Cardio for All

An energizing cardiovascular workout focused on endurance, heart health, stamina, and maintaining an active lifestyle.

Cost: $20
