I got injured on December 12, 2020. I was riding my ATV in the sand dunes at Dumont (right by Baker, CA) and fell off my ATV riding the steep hills of the dunes and was then crushed by the RZR as it tumbled on top of me. Doctors immediately told me I would never walk again. I couldn’t let that get me down and had to remain hopeful that I would walk. I am grateful to still be alive after all that but I do hope I can walk again to help my wife raise our 2 kids. The Perfect Step has given me that extra hope that the doctors could not give me. I had my doubts but as I am doing my workouts at The Perfect Step week after week, I am not only getting stronger but also getting confidence in moving my body in ways I could not do before coming here. There is a light at the end of the tunnel and am looking forward to continuing my journey here at The Perfect Step to be the best version of myself that I can be.
