My name is Josh Herrera and I was a previous Specialist at The Perfect Step.
My experience at The Perfect Step for the past four years I was there was unlike any other. Not only was it a great work environment, but it was awesome to see the clients come in and make progress and see how they progress as well in their lives.
The part about The Perfect Step that I bought into the most was that it was not only the social aspect of getting people together and getting them out of the house making them feel better but also the physical aspect of movement for the body stretching and exercising we’re all good things for them.
The people and the technology are unlike any other. Also, the knowledge base of all the trainers and administration’s knowledge over the years cannot be beaten.
Working with people with paralysis was a new and exciting challenge every day, that really made me think about how the body functions and how we can get them out of their chairs and exercising.
Every day there is an opportunity to be creative and to think about new exercises or just simplifying things based on what that client needs.
It’s a great place, with great people, a great environment. 10 out of 10, I would highly recommend it.
