Dr. Sandi Siefke holds a degree from the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic, following her Bachelor's degree. Her passion for chiropractic care stems from the belief that the body has a natural ability to heal itself, and she has dedicated her career to facilitating that healing process. Sandi has treated a wide range of patients, from young to old, using a combination of manual and activator techniques.
Services Offered
Manual Method
This is the most commonly used chiropractic technique, involving high-velocity, low-amplitude thrusts that often result in the familiar "popping" noise associated with adjustments. This method is effective in realigning the spine and relieving pressure on the nervous system.
Activator Method
The Activator Method is a gentle, low-force approach to chiropractic care. Using a hand-held instrument, this technique provides a controlled and comfortable adjustment, restoring spinal balance and aiding the body in its natural healing process.
